Some of my Friends and Family in the Reenactment world

Photo Shoot Summer 1999 at Mack's Country Garden City, MO

This is Me and Jake- Jake is a young (2yrs old) trick horse owned by my friend Buffalo Bill (aka Mack McMahon) He is snow white with glass(blue) eyes- he was out of palamino breeding but his color keeps him from being what most folks wanted- So the big hearted Col. Cody rescued him- bought him from a little girl who raised him as a 4-H project.

This is my baby Annie Beth in some of her reenactment clothes- she puts up with her silly momma really well so as a reward I made her a period swim suit (1880's) she loves to get in her big washtub and splash when it gets hot in the afternoons- she is as much entertainment as the rest of us goofy grownups!

All three of us in our outfits, Doug as Frank Butler, Me as Annie Oakley and Little Annie Beth as her adorable self (o.k. I realize I am very biased)

Here's Col. Cody in his business suit- if ever there was a man who represented him well it is Mack- he has a heart as big as the wild west itself

Col. Cody (Mack) Us, and Some of the folks from Gunsmoke and Petticoats ( a reenactment group from the KC area) the lady in red is my friend Linda- we laugh about being each others only friend in the reencactments because we are both so serious about what we do we drive everyone else buggy.
